240 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the reason a person (details supplied) in County Mayo has not received a £100 refund for the REP scheme training course, particularly as he was promised payment within two weeks in a previous reply; and the further reason incorrect information was given in the previous reply. The payment in question issued to the person named on 27 April 2001. Necessary modifications to the REPS computer system, related to the introduction of the new scheme, took longer than was foreseen when the Deputy raised the matter previously.
