304 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 159 of 13 February 2001 and corre spondence to Beaumont Hospital by the person concerned on 12 December 1997 and 1 July 1997, he will insist on an immediate reply to the parliamentary question and the release of the files as requested. The Eastern Regional Health Authority has indicated that Beaumont Hospital are unable to identify the request for information from the details supplied. The authority has asked that a new request for information be sent to the Freedom of Information office at Beaumont Hospital and the ERHA has undertaken to advise the Deputy accordingly.
