342 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will make a statement on his Department's agreement to consider the Irish Hospital Consultant Association's concerns regarding off-site private consultant rooms under the proposed enterprise liability scheme. [11953/01]
The nature and extent of the cover to be provided for the private practice of consultants under the proposed enterprise liability scheme is the subject of discussion with the Irish Hospital Consultants Association, the Irish Medical Organisation and the other interests represented on the enterprise liability advisory group.
