425 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received an application from Meath County Council for funding (details supplied) in County Meath; when he will approve this funding; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12066/01]

Sewerage proposals for Kilmainhamwood were approved for funding under the serviced land initiative in 1998. Meath County Council is currently revising the design report for the scheme. The report will be exam ined as quickly as possible on receipt in my Department.

426 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if he has received an application for funding under the capital projects scheme for the Moynalty sewerage scheme (details supplied) in County Meath; when he expects to approve this scheme; if his attention has been drawn to the problems being caused by not having an adequate facility in the village of Moynalty; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12067/01]

Sewerage proposals for Moynalty were approved for funding under the serviced land initiative in 1998. Meath County Council is currently revising the design report for the scheme. The report will be examined as quickly as possible on receipt in my Department.
