108 Mr. Quinn asked the Taoiseach if he will state, in respect of himself and each Minister of State in his Department, the planned official trips abroad between 1 May 2001 and the end of 2001. [12353/01]
My schedule for the remainder of the year is as follows: I have accepted an invitation to pay an official visit to Scotland on 20 June. I plan to go on an official visit to Iceland on 25 June. I will attend the UN General Assembly Special Session on HIV and AIDS on 26 June. I plan to go to Brazil and Argentina on an official visit from 17 to 25 July. Later on in the year, I plan to go on an official visit to the Czech Republic on 13-14 September. I plan to visit New York on 8-10 November to accept an Outstanding Achievement award from the Ireland-US Council for Commerce and Industry. I will also be attending the European Council meetings in Gothenburg, Sweden on 15/16 June, in Ghent, Belgium on 19 October and in Laeken on 14/15 December.
The Minister of State, Deputy Brennan, has no planned official trips abroad for the remainder of this year.
