Question:152 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will arrange to have the application for replacement deeds finalised for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [12667/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this dealing refers to an application for a duplicate land certificate which was lodged on 16 March 2001. Dealing No. D2001JS002732M refers.
I have been further informed that a query issued to the lodging solicitors on 27 March 2001, and the application cannot proceed until this query has been satisfactorily resolved.
I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible after a satisfactory reply has been received.
