Vol. 535 No. 4

Written Answers - Consultancy Contracts.

John McGuinness

Question:

229 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the names of the three main contractors used by Dúchas in each of the past four years for building, sub-contracting, vehicle sign writing, plant purchase and plant hire; the sums paid to each in each year for each local depot throughout the country; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [12825/01]

The information sought by the Deputy is not readily accessible and the cost and time involved in collating the information could not be justified. However, if the Deputy has a particular area of interest or inquiry, I will be happy to facilitate him in whatever way possible and I have directed my officials in Dúchas, the heritage service of my Department, to contact the Deputy on this basis.
