253 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will take steps to have an application for registration immediately effected as it is urgently required by persons (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12940/01]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part which was lodged on 9 March 2000. I am further informed that there are three dealings pending in respect of the above mentioned folios. A mapping query in respect of one of the related dealings issued on 3 May 2001 and this case cannot proceed until that query has been dealt with. However, the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible on receipt of a satisfactory reply.
