210 Mr. B. Smith asked the Minister for Education and Science if funding will be provided towards the establishment of a permanent jamboree campsite at Castle Saunderson Estate, County Cavan, for the scouting movement and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13193/01]

The funding available to me for youth work purposes relates to current expenditure only. There are no capital funds available to my Department for the project referred to by the Deputy.
