Question:131 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government when a new house grant payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry. [13433/01]

A grant cannot be allowed as, contrary to a condition of the scheme, the applicant did not, on completion of the house, occupy it as her normal place of residence. The applicant has been informed accordingly.
