Question:

139 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Arts, Heritage Gaeltacht and the Islands the number of consultants engaged by Dúchas at the Mainguard, Clonmel, County Tipperary; the cost of each consultant's fees, travel and subsistence; the timeframe for each contract; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [13485/01]

During the course of works to the Mainguard, Clonmel, which involves both conservation of the existing structure and the construction of a new services block, six separate consultants have been engaged. The figures given are for fees and other expenses, which include travel and subsistence.
