169 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Defence the expected date for removal of explosives currently stored in respect of the barracks lands at Ballincollig, County Cork; and the position regarding the disposal of the property. [13540/01]
The barracks lands will be placed on the market when Cork County Council completes its deliberations on the integrated action area plan commissioned for the property. This is expected in the near future.
Arrangements have been made to ensure that vacant possession will be available when the property goes on the market later this summer.
