Vol. 536 No. 2

Written Answers - Divorce Law.

Question:

394 Mr. Hayes asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his views on whether the law should be amended to accommodate the wishes of divorcees to enter into relationships with relatives of their former spouses; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13769/01]

A family law Bill forms part of the Government's legislation programme. The subject matter of the Deputy's question will be considered in the context of the preparation of that Bill.
