Question:398 Mr. McDowell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason the 1999 annual report from the Garda Síochána Complaints Board has not been published. [13903/01]
Written Answers - Garda Complaints Board.
In accordance with long-standing procedures, the annual reports of the Garda Síochána Complaints Board are presented to the Government just before they are laid before the Houses of the Oireachtas and published. I am currently arranging to have the 1999 report of the board submitted to the Government and I expect that this will be done shortly.
