193 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 536 of 1 May 2001, he will again intervene with the Land Registry Office on behalf of a person (details supplied) and ensure that all registration completed notice are expedited and issued to the solicitors; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I have been informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of land which was lodged on 27 November 1997.

I am further informed that, provided there are no queries arising, it is expected that registration will be completed within three weeks and notice of completion will then issue to the lodging solicitor.
