191 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 266 of 14 November 2000 and No. 356 of 20 March 2001 the health board has issued a reply. [14648/01]

I am informed by the chief executive officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority that both Parliamentary Question No. 266 of 14 November 2000 and No. 356 of 20 March 2001 have been answered and replies have issued to the Deputy.

192 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 359 of 20 March 2001 the Midland Health Board has issued a reply. [14649/01]

The provision of orthodontic services for the person referred to by the Deputy is the statutory responsibility of the Midland Health Board in the first instance. The chief executive officer of the board has informed me that a reply will issue to the Deputy in respect of Parliamentary Question No. 359 of 20 March 2001, as a matter of urgency.
