Vol. 537 No. 2

Written Answers. - Health Services.

John McGuinness

Question:

249 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in providing proper treatment for a person (details supplied) in County Carlow; and if, in view of her overall medical circumstances, she can be given immediate attention and an early appointment. [15919/01]

The provision of services in this case is the responsibility of the South Eastern Health Board. I have, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to look into the matter and reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
