Vol. 537 No. 2

Written Answers. - Garda Stations.

Jan O'Sullivan

Question:

348 Ms O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform his plans and timeframe for the future of Mary Street Garda station, Limerick; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15831/01]

The position is as outlined in my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 362 on 20 February last. The evaluation process being undertaken by the Garda which I referred to in that reply is ongoing. However, I assure the Deputy that, pending progress in this matter, there will be no diminution of policing services in the locality.
