Thomas P. Broughan

Question:

586 Mr. Broughan asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has proposals to grant recognition by his Department to a school (details supplied) in Dublin north east. [17078/01]

Applications for recognition of primary schools are considered by the planning section of my Department. To date, no application has been received in Planning Section from the school in question.

If the school wishes to be considered for recognition as a primary school grant-aided by my Department, the school authorities should apply to my Department's planning section, Department of Education and Science, Tullamore, County Offaly.
