239 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will be transferred from St. Mary's, Baldoyle, County Dublin, to St. Raphels, Celbridge, County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18026/01]

As the provision of services to persons with an intellectual disability in the Kildare region is the responsibility of the Eastern Regional Health Authority in the first instance I have forwarded enquiry to the chief executive officer of the authority for attention and direct reply.
