Vol. 538 No. 4

Written Answers. - Dialogue Ireland.

Tony Gregory

Question:

126 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 515 of 12 June 2001, he will agree to meet a delegation from Dialogue Ireland to discuss their concerns. [18268/01]

As I indicated in my answer to Parliamentary Question No. 515 of 12 June 2001, the concerns raised by the Deputy on behalf of Dialogue Ireland relate to curriculum provision. I suggest that the Deputy makes contact with the office of the Secretary General of my Department so that a meeting can be set up between Dialogue Ireland, the relevant officers of my Department and representatives of the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment, NCCA. I hope that this meeting will give Dialogue Ireland the opportunity to discuss all matters that concern them.
