102 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the names of consultancy companies commissioned by his Department to carry out consultancy work since July 1997; the amounts paid to each company; and the schemes, programmes or projects for which consultancy advice was sought.
