Question:245 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children when a health centre (details supplied) in Dublin 12 will be completely refurbished; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [18693/01]

Statutory responsibility for the provision and refurbishment of the health centre in the Dublin area rests, in the first instance, with the Eastern Regional Health Authority.
I have been advised by that authority that minor refurbishment, including painting, is planned for the health centre referred to by the Deputy. In this regard a tender has been sought for the painting of the exterior railings and for landscaping the grounds.
