171 Mr. Higgins (Dublin West) asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he will make a statement on the investigation by the European Court of Auditors into payments in Ireland under EAGGF guarantee section, rural development expenditure, for the financial year 2000. [19959/01]
