I move:
That Dáil Éireann adopts the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges on Confidential Documents relating to the Committee of Public Accounts Report on Grant-in-Aid Expenditure for Northern Ireland Relief (Order of the Dáil of 1 December 1970), and, accordingly, approves, pursuant to Standing Order 96, the release of the said papers in the manner and to the extent set out in that Report.
