Vol. 541 No. 2

Written Answers. - Tax Reliefs.

Nora Owen

Question:

378 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Finance if a charity (details supplied) was ever registered as a charity for tax relief purposes; and if so, the moneys which were paid into this charity for which tax relief was claimed. [21516/01]

The Revenue Commissioners have informed me that at no stage was the body in question granted tax exemption as a charity or qualified for any tax relief on donations to charities.
