Question:922 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will instruct the Land Registry Office to expedite the notice of completion of registration for a person (details supplied). [22164/01]

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a Transfer of Part which was lodged on 3 December 1997. I am further informed that it is not possible to estimate a completion date at this stage but I can assure the Deputy that the application is being expedited and will be dealt with as soon as possible.
