180 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if a person (details supplied) in County Kildare will qualify for a work permit; if so, when this will occur; if this person's residency status is confirmed; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the work permits section of my Department that it does not have any record of receiving an application on behalf of the individual concerned.
