502 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding an application from a school (details supplied) in County Donegal for permanent recognition; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23035/01]

The school in question was granted provisional recognition with effect from 1 September 1999. No application from this school for permanent recognition has been received in my Department to date.
