Written Answers. - School Water Supply.

Brian O'Shea

Question:

153 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education and Science the proposals he has to rectify the situation where a school (details supplied) in County Waterford has a water supply deemed unfit for human consumption; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23626/01]

The school authorities have appointed an engineer to prepare a report concerning the problems associated with the water supply at this school. When this report is received and assessed, my Department will be in contact with the school authorities.
