76 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development the position in relation to a 2000 area aid application by a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23602/01]
All payments due to the person named under the 2000 livestock schemes have been paid. The 2001 area aid application for the person named has now been processed and an area of 21.52 hectares determined for payment purposes. He will be paid his full entitlement under the 2001 area-based compensatory allowance scheme before the end of October 2001.
