312 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the number of people awaiting physiotherapy services in the Southern Health Board area in Cork city, Cork county and Kerry; the average length of time they have been waiting; and the way in which this compares to the waiting time of private patients. Data on physiotherapy services is not routinely collected by my Department. The provision of physiotherapy services, in this instance, is a matter for the Southern Health Board. I have, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to look into the matter and reply directly to the Deputy.
