Question:365 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government if funds are available within the housing aid for the elderly grant scheme for certain kinds of applications (details supplied). [23814/01]
Written Answers. - Housing Aid for the Elderly.
As the Deputy is aware, the housing aid scheme for the elderly is administered by the health boards and the Eastern Regional Health Authority on behalf of the Department of Environment and Local Government.
I have asked the chief executive officer of the South-Eastern Health Board to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply directly to him as a matter of urgency.
