444 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received a letter from the legal representatives of a person (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if so, if he has responded. [23867/01]
I can confirm to the Deputy that I have received recent correspondence from the legal representatives of the person concerned and that an acknowledgement and an interim reply have already issued. I can also confirm that as the content of the correspondence is of a legal nature it has been forwarded to the Office of the Chief State Solicitor for attention.
