118 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he has in the past four and a half years appointed to any State or semi-State board or agency, any executive or employee of consultancy firms or public relations firms which have previously benefited from contracts issued by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am not aware of any appointee to any State or semi-State board or agency coming under the aegis of my Department within the past four and a half years who was an executive or employee of a consultancy firm or public relations firm which benefited from a contract issued by my Department.
