17 Mr. Browne (Carlow-Kilkenny) asked the Minister for Public Enterprise if she has received the final report from the international experts investigating the Tuskar Rock Aer Lingus Viscount crash; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [24081/01]

The report of the International investigators has not yet been concluded. The investigators had intended to have their report ready for publication in September. I have agreed to an extension of this timeframe until the end of November.

Their final report will be available therefore in the week beginning 26 November next.
