53 Ms Clune asked the Minister for Defence the consideration which has been given to relocating the headquarters of the Irish Red Cross Society from Merrion Square to the Civil Defence headquarters in the Phoenix Park following relocation of the Civil Defence to Roscrea, County Tipperary; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand the Office of the President's Awards Gaisce is to be located in Ratra House in the Phoenix Park when it is vacated by the Civil Defence branch of my Department.
