223 Ms Cooper-Flynn asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if he will examine the file on a folio (details supplied) to establish the way in which the land was divided by the Land Commission; and if he will provide a map indicating each person's holding. [25144/01]
The former Land Commission has allotted and vested all lands on hands on this estate.
The relevant documents and maps necessary to effect registration in the names of the allottees, were lodged in Land Registry between 1984 and 1988 under schedule numbers 87052, 87312, 88998, 90604 and 91581. The folios and maps relevant to each allottee may be inspected at, and copies obtained directly from the Land Registry Office, Setanta Centre, Nassau Street, Dublin 2. My Department does not issue copies of maps that have been lodged and are now held in the Land Registry.
