349 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will arrange to accommodate persons (details supplied) in County Carlow at Beechwood Nursing Home, Leighlinbridge, County Carlow; and if he will investigate the matter and expedite a decision in the case. [25315/01]

The provision of health services in County Carlow is a matter for the South Eastern Health Board.

I have asked that this case be investigated by the chief executive officer of the board as a matter of urgency and a reply forwarded to the Deputy.
