425 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will request an urgent report from the Garda authorities detailing the action they are taking to prevent any further harassment or stalking of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7. [25372/01]
I am informed by the Garda authorities that during August and September of this year, gardaí stationed at Cabra station responded to complaints made by the person in question and her mother. I understand that, as a result, an investigation has been initiated and that while this is ongoing the area of the subject's residence continues to receive Garda attention.
