Question:141 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the proposals he has to provide a new fire station at Ardmore, County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27126/01]
Written Answers. - Fire Stations.
Approval in principle issued to Waterford County Council on the 17 September 2001 for the provision of a new fire station at Ardmore. The council have recently submitted design drawings and a detailed cost plan for this project and these are currently under examination in my Department. A decision will issue to the council as soon as possible.
