Question:145 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the plans he has to provide a new sewerage system for Ardmore, County Waterford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [27200/01]
Written Answers. - Water and Sewerage Schemes.
This scheme has been approved for funding under the rural towns and villages initiative. Waterford County Council has since proposed that the scheme be grouped with sewerage schemes for six other villages in County Waterford for procurement as a combined design-build-operate contract. The submission by the council of a preliminary report for the grouped project is awaited by my Department.
