231 Mr. Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Tourism, Sport and Recreation if his attention has been drawn to the fact that privately owned land is being marketed in British magazines as hill walking holidays without the owners' consent; if he will investigate this matter; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
