There are ten officers currently availing of job sharing arrangements in my Department.
I can assure the Deputy that my Department is fully committed to the implementation of family friendly policies consistent with the achievement of its strategic objectives. This commitment is reflected in the Department's integrated human resource strategy which was recently agreed through the Partnership process.
