Written Answers. - Student Support Schemes.
I refer the Deputy to my reply to his Parliamentary Question No. 823 of 6 November 2001 in relation to this case. It is not open to me, or my Department, to depart from the terms of the schemes of student support in individual cases. The Deputy may be aware that my Department funds a number of schemes to assist students who are disadvantaged. I will arrange to have information on these schemes forwarded to the Deputy.
