As the Deputy may be aware, a major review of the aid programme is being conducted by a high level group under the chairmanship of the Minister of State. That process, which is nearing a conclusion, is looking at all issues relevant to the continuing growth of the aid programme, including the countries on which the bilateral programme should concentrate.
