473 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Education and Science if, further to Parliamentary Question No. 450 of 23 October 2001, a refund of tuition fees will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Louth; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [28759/01]

Arrangements are being made in my Department for a refund of tuition fees to the person referred to by the Deputy.
