45 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if Irish citizens who wish to travel to Japan or Korea for the World Cup finals will require visas or any other documentation; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29305/01]

Irish citizens, travelling on Irish passports, who wish to travel to Japan or Korea for the World Cup finals next year, do not require visas for a stay of up to three months in Japan or for a stay of up to 90 days in Korea.
