104 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if he will review the application for payment of plantation premium to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [29685/01]
I understand that my Department is awaiting documentation to support the claim of the person in question for the farmer rate of forestry premium. Such documentation is essential if the person in question wishes to claim the higher rate of premium. Otherwise the non farmer rate of premium must apply.
