Liam Aylward

Question:

124 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Health and Children if at the time of the appointment of a locum psychiatrist to St. Canice's Hospital, Kilkenny, there was a chief psychiatrist appointed and acting at the said hospital. [30350/01]

Responsibility for this matter rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.

Gerry Reynolds

Question:

125 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim will be called to St. Vincent's Hospital, Elm Park, Dublin 4, for surgery. [30388/01]

Responsibility for the provision of hospital services to residents of County Leitrim rests with the North-Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

126 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children when a person (details supplied) in County Kildare can expect to have her daughter admitted to Crumlin Hospital for examination and assessment in regard to possible surgery; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30389/01]

Responsibility for the provision of hospital services to residents of Dublin, Kildare and Wicklow rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority. My Department has asked the regional chief executive of the authority to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply to the Deputy directly.
